仮想通貨を引き出せない
預けいれた仮想通貨を引き出そうとすると、1年以上の入出金履歴を始め準備に時間がかかる資料を要求されます。
準備して提出しても音沙汰なしで引き出せません。
あと１週間待って法的措置を相談しようと思います。
危険なサイトなので共有のため、レビューします。
詐欺？
このアプリで通貨を保有していましたが いきなりログインできなくなり、何度試しても登録されていないとの表示。 問い合わせても無視されているため 原因も不明ですしお金も返ってこないと思います。 絶対に使わない方がいいです。
出金できない
トランザクションも表示されているのに何故か出金されず、サポートに連絡してもいつも同じ返答の繰り返しで一向に解決しません。
ただお金を失っただけです。何の非もなく。
サポート体制がかなり悪いので、利用されるならそれなりに覚悟して使った方がいいです。
