ほしい物リスト反映されない
ほしい物リストが24個までしか反映表示されない。
アップデート、再ログイン、アプリの再インストール、どれも解決せず。
♡は押せてるしそれは反映されてるのに、リストには25以上の数にはならないし表示されない。
これではリストの意味がない。
あと問題なのは
ほしい物リストが会員証の下に表示されること。会員証ページを開くと強制で画面の明るさがMAXになる仕様。それ自体はモバイル会員証としていい機能だと思う。それならほしい物リストなどを他のページにするか、会員証をページ下部にしてスクロールしたら画面が明るくなるなど工夫をしてほしい。
会員証ページの下部に用事がある毎にピカ！ってなってとてもストレスで目が痛く頭痛もします。
コストコが好きでオンラインも店舗もこれからも利用していきたいのでぜひ改善して頂けることを祈っています。
Cannot process payment to buy
Costco JP only accepts Mastercard. When purchasing through this app or website, it bounces back with a 3D authentication error, which means the OTP wasn’t received or processed. The OTP is processed (through your card company) and you should be able to receive it, the problem is within Costco website backend.
This app is pretty much trash and a gateway of the existing website, which is garbage by itself. There is no customer service to talk to. IIRC, this problem had always been here for a few years, probably started in 2022. I recall being able to order online easily back in 2021 during COVID season.
急に買えなくなった
いつものように注文しようとしたら、なぜか最後のところでエラー。
色々検索して調べたところ、アプリではなくウェブなら出来るらしいとのことで、やってみたらあっさり購入できた。
アプリの方が商品の見るのも使いにくいし、アプリの長所がまるでない。
アプリ自体にそのことを書こうとしたらアプリのバージョンすら選択肢にないって…そこも更新できてないって…改善する気ゼロなのね。
