It's a perfect app for travelers and people who can't travel but want to meet new people.

Thanks to this couch surfing, I met a lot of people, and I was able to call my friends all over the world. The people you meet are very hospitality and open-minded, so it will be a wonderful memory.

However, there are 3 points that I want you to improve.

The 1 point is that I want you to add the cancellation of sending messages. You can cancel sending messages on Instagram, but you can't do it with this app. I want you to be able to cancel sending messages because you will be careful if you send the wrong content.

The 2 point is that I want you to be able to edit the details of the picture in the profile column. If you upload it once, you won't be able to edit it, and it will take a lot of time and effort not to raise it again.

The 3 point is that I want you to create an intermediary system when you suddenly can't get in touch with the host who sent me with the accept. I had it accepted in advance, but there have been a few times in the past month that I haven't heard back on the day of the meeting. In that case, I would be happy to have a service that mediates like Airbnb.

As a Couchsurfing host, my account, which I have used to host over 40 people, suddenly disappeared without any email notification. After reaching out to your customer service, I found their response extremely disappointing. 1. Without my confirmation, my account and email were modified. Who gave your support team the authority to alter data without customer approval during email communication? 2. The handling of the situation was very poor, and your customer service team was extremely unprofessional. They failed to address several key questions I raised, often responding with a dismissive “I understand.” I can't imagine how they would handle a genuine security issue. 3. Many hosts are facing similar situations: even those with over a hundred hosting experiences report on forums that it takes more than a week to recover their accounts when they are suddenly lost. Since 2020, your team has started charging fees for everyone, yet I see no improvement in your service. Instead, there's an evident arrogance towards long-time users. Keep this up, and you'll drive away all passionate hosts.

If you fill out your credit card information on this app, you will be charged 60dollars immediately. Very surprised. This company has to write about the fee for verification where we fill out our credit card information. But just written “for free” on a lot of places. Be careful!!!
