splitview problem
when I share the screen with another app (using split view feature of iOS) Transcript/Atachments/Notes part doesn't appear until I change the ratio of split view.
I'm using the latest version of Coursera app (as of Oct.10) on iOS 11.0.2, on iPad Pro 12.9inch (second generation).
Useless app for great site
Coursera is great site, but this app is completely useless. It’s better to use safari or chrome when online. For offline it doesn’t work.
Have been trying this app to use during flights or overseas travel for past several years and never was able to access my downloaded material.
In my humble opinion, coursera will do a favor to its users and themselves by just decommissioning this app.
Help center didn’t help me
Name verification for certificate wrongly recognized my name and this wrong name keep showing up for every certificate I get. I emailed help center several times to correct my name however no reply for more than 10 days. Common question mentions old solution which is no longer available. I also do not like that chat is not available for all paid user. (Only available for plus subscription user). I liked the courses but very bad administration in terms of helping users.
