UIはアプリとしては秀逸だと思います。SalesforceやHubSpotと比べるとめちゃくちゃ見やすい。(Webアプリも同様)

使い方が良くわからない
どういう手順で進めて良いのか、ヘルプやサイトを見てもさっぱりわからない。専門用語が多くて、営業やる人間が感覚で操作するのは非常に困難で、これでは使いこなす前に、あきらめてしまう。
