ギフトエリアにて
息子の結婚にいただいたお祝いのお返しにと、内祝いを考えました。
このような時期なので、親戚方の式&披露宴出席がかなわず、皆さま、お祝いを届けてくださいました。各位への内祝いの内容が多様な事と、感謝の思いをお伝えしたい事が重なり、出かける前より、うまく整うかと心配していました。
その心持ちをすぐに察知していただき、先方に失礼のない形、事前に用意していた各位への一筆箋同封、重複した送り先…ややこしい注文に、笑顔でしかも冷静にご対応いただいたのです。
お支払いを済ませ、「ああ、よかった〜」と思わず声が漏れた時に、
「この度は、誠におめでとうございました」と、お言葉をかけてくださいました。形式ばらない心のこもったご挨拶に、大変気持ちよくエレベーターを下りて行きました。
一緒に選んでもらった安心感とともに、はやく皆さんのところに届いてほしいな、という気持ちがふくらむ思いでした🤗

Safariに飛ばさないで
お店でチラシが配布されてたのでDLしました。よく大丸を使う機会があれば活躍しそうです。カードだけ使ってた時は楽天の方のみ出していて、大丸カード無駄だなと思ってたのでアプリで両方たまるのは良い。（追記:お店で両方読み込んでもらおうとしたら片方だけでした…よくチラシを見たら楽天Pと同時に貯まるのは、カラットという大丸アプリ内でのランクアップ判定用ポイントでした。楽天と大丸のポイントが両方貯まるのかと勘違いしました）大丸店内に無料Wi-FiがあるからiPod touchの自分でもアプリ利用できます。
しかしお知らせ欄の中身が本来のお知らせだけでなくレシピやら生活小ネタみたいなのやら単なる読み物が混ざっていて、開くといちいちSafariに飛ばされること多々…。内容はともかく同一アプリ内で済ませてほしい。一つ一つ記事を開くまで通知バッジの数が消えないため、面倒で放っておくとバッジの数が増えまくり鬱陶しい。全件既読ボタンが欲しい。お店のキャンペーンとシステムのお知らせとコラム類をタブ分けしてほしい。
大丸大好き
いつも有難う御座います。 いつも愛想が良い店員さんに癒され、見るだけでもワクワクするのがデパートなんです！元気をいただきたくて…今、流行ってるのを見たくて…などなど、その時々に目的は違いますが…見るのも楽しい…そんなデパートをお願いします。もっと、「見やすい環境で有れば…」とも思いますが…と、言うのも高島屋さんと同じブランド品でもライトの加減かなぁ〜（？）見え方が違った感じます。高級ブランドは、何処も同じなのですが、各階を高見せで実は、そんなに高くないブランドとかも取り扱って欲しいと思います。後、若い20代OLさんの服やバック靴が何処のブースになったのでしょうか？各階で大体の年齢層をターゲットにしたブースやキャリア服（OL）のブースみたいにまとめたら見やすいのに…と、思いますが…高島屋が近くなので比べてすみません。 大丸カードに付随するサービスが好きで大丸ファン（カード）は、辞められません！！
