Servise is not bad

Daraz service is not bad, convenience and almost all kind of items we can get from them. Although the deliver takes some days not like in developed countries’ one and many items’ pictures are fake. So we should check the details carefully. This app is well developed, so makes us forgot this country’s situation and service.

Waiyaat app/ don’t make online shopping as a joke

সেবা মান ভালো থেকে খারাপে যাচ্ছে!

২০২৩ অব্দি দারাজের ডেলিভারিতে মোটামুটি সন্তুস্ট ছিলাম। কিন্তু ২০২৪ এ এসে, আমার বেশ কিছু অর্ডার ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়াতে এসে ক্যান্সেল করে দিচ্ছে। এখানে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থেকে কোন ফোনও আসে নি। আর আমার ডেলিভারি প্লেস কোন অজপাড়াগা তেও না, ঢাকা শহরের একদম মাঝখানে॥
কোন যোগাযোগ ছাড়া অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা দেখে, কল সেন্টারে কল দিয়ে দেখি সেটার সার্ভিস বন্ধ করে অসম্পূর্ন ভন্ড AI chat bot যোগাযোগ করতে বলছে !!
শেষে বলতে হবে দারাজের বর্তমান সেবা মান খারাপ ॥
