概ね良好
4年ほど前から視聴しています。
サッカーしか見ていないのでその他のスポーツがどんな感じかは知りません。
主にJリーグ(ヴィッセル神戸)、ラ・リーガ(バルセロナ、ハイライトでレアルとアトレティコ)、プレミアリーグ(面白そうな対戦はほぼ、あとはハイライト)、セリエA(強豪の試合をハイライトのみ)を見てます。
サービス面や料金では概ね満足しています。
(ACLの放映権は神戸が出場した去年から取って欲しかった…笑)
ひとつだけ言うとすると30秒スキップに10秒も加えてください。
もどかしい時が結構あります。
CLに関しては残念でしたが、仕方がないですね。
ただその対応に関しては最悪です。
コロナでほぼ試合がなかった時も解約しませんでしたがこの時は本気で解約しようかと思いました。
放映権が取れなかったのは仕方がないとしてもちゃんと説明はするべきです。
2年ぐらい前は全くなかったはずですが、いつからか急にCM入れてくるようになりましたよね笑
最初はサッカーに関係あるCMでしたが、今は銀行やらゲームやら普通のCMを普通に入れてきますよね。笑(特にJリーグの試合)
まあそのおかげでこの料金で済んでるならそれはありがたいですけど、月額料金取ってCMってどうなんだろうとモヤモヤします。(これも何の説明も無かったので)
「今まで通りの価格でサービを提供するためにCMが入る可能性があります」ぐらい言えないものですかね？
基本的には全てにおいて満足しているんですけどそう言うところは大事にして欲しいです。
海外の企業なので分からないのかもしれませんが、そう言う誠実さって大事ですよ。
放映権という名の人質
Jリーグの放映権を獲得した年から加入しています。加入当時は、前年まで契約していたS社に比べてサービスの質が悪いとはいえ、月額1000円程度という安さなので仕方ないかなと思っていました。
しかし年々視聴料は上がっているのに、改善どころか悪くなるサービス…。
今年は同時視聴の仕様が急に改悪され、通勤中に試合を観たくても、家にいる家族が視聴していると自分は見れなくなりました。とても不便です。
画質も元々それほど良くはないですが、視聴画面から直接画質を変更できる機能くらいはあって欲しいです。
10秒単位の早戻し・早送り機能も2回連続タップが出来ないので微調整がしづらい…。
果ては有料放送なのに何故かCMが入ります。
ハーフタイムならまだしも、試合中でもCMが終わらないと視聴出来ないのは本当に意味が分からないです。
海外サッカーも好きなので他社の配信アプリもいくつか利用しましたが、DAZNはダントツで使いづらいです。
(PC版やPS5版にもそれぞれ不満があるのですが、ここはスマホアプリのレビュー欄なので割愛します。)
それでも好きなスポーツ・リーグの放映権をDAZNが持っている限りは、契約し続けるしか選択肢が無いのが現実です。
なんだか好きなものを人質に取られているような気持ちになります。
今年こそ改善されるかもと期待することにも疲れたので、早く放映権が移ることを祈るのみです。
改善点、多数あり。要望
主にJ1リーグ、NPBを見てます。。
⭕️ハード面
立ち上げて最初の画面。
トップに来る試合やカテゴリーを個人でカスタマイズできるようにしてください、見たくないスポーツが上に来ていちいちカーソル下げるの面倒です。
番組表見にくい。いらない試合や表示が多すぎ。時間と共に今やっている試合が画面中央にするようにしてください。
チャンネルを変えた時に出てくる試合のポイントの文字の表示が長くずっと出ていてこちらの操作で消せません。邪魔です。カーソルで下げたらすぐ消えるようにしてください。
番組前のカウントダウン表示などは、すでに終わっている試合の録画のものは編集して放送スタートの頭出しをしておくくらいしてください。
スマホで生放送の試合を切り替えると二つの試合の音声が同時に流れ出すのでなんとかしてください。
Googleを使ったTV視聴の場合、機能がスマホに比べて劣っている。同様の機能にしてください。
例えば
こちらにもスキップ機能をつけて、5秒とか10秒とか設定できるようにしてください。
⭕️ソフト面
BSで中継があるとしれっとDAZNで放送しない。今日は試合がないのかと惑わされること多数。スポーツはDAZNじゃないのかい！
頻繁にソフトウェア更新がありますが、
前から言われているこういったところに全く手をつけてくれません。非常にストレスです。
YouTubeといういい見本があるのだからプラットフォームのクオリティ上げてください。
上記のようなところが改善されない場合、
いい加減来年から解約します。
ストレスを抱えてまで試合を見たくないので
Jリーグファンも辞めると思います。
