About the developer:
BadFly Interactive, a.s. is a small indie studio based in Brno, Czech Republic. We are a group of veterans of the gaming industry, having worked on projects like Mafia, Vietcong, Mad Max or Witcher III in the past. With each of us having dedicated 15+ years of our professional careers to game development, we thought it was about time we started making games under our own flag. We love horror and sci-fi movies, good action, and cheesy one-liners. Our goal is to create entertaining games which combine fast-paced action with gore, humor, and lots of fun.

名作をリスペクトした佳作

ストーリー初クリア実績の名前がまんまSystem Shockなのには流石に笑った。ストーリー展開はBIOSHOCKを思わせる節があり、あちらを先にプレイしてると展開が読めてしまうかも知れない。ただそこへ持っていく演出は楽しめるので悪くない。
出来はまあまあで、決して名作ではない。自キャラの当たり判定がやたらデカいのであちこちに引っかかりイライラ。また敵は近づくと屈んで突進して連続攻撃をかましてくる上に一撃でもそれなりに痛いと余りにも隙が無く、しかも背後沸きが酷いなど、「やりごたえを感じる難しさ」というよりは「ストレスの溜まる理不尽さ」が目立つ。
それでも二重してマーセナリーズをプレイ出来るほどの楽しさはあるので、「恐縮だが」一度試して欲しい。BIOSHOCK/System Shockファンなら是非New Game plusまでは楽しんで欲しい。
次作は雰囲気がかなり変わってしまった上にiOS版に致命的な欠陥があるので、Dead effect 2と迷ってるあなたには本作をおすすめする。
