どうしても困った時の最終手段？
ランダムな数字を自分で考えるのが面倒だなって時に便利です。
選択できる数値は20までなので、0を含めると上限が19になる点に注目です。
ルーレットを回して止まるまでが遅いです。(7秒くらい)
ビンゴをする時はちょうど良い焦らしですが、それ以外の用途では向いてないかもしれません。
