Delibroom - meeting room booking and scheduling system designed to solve the problems with organizing meetings while providing a convenient tool for monitoring planned meetings.

The system consists of two types of apps - for smartphones and tablets. They have different functional scopes and areas of application, though that results in a complementary system performing the required actions.

As far as the application has a built-in planner, it does not require the integration of third-party services or calendars. Similarly, no need to support or adjust servers - all data is transferred to the external server in encrypted form.

Different roles of users were introduced to allow maximum flexibility over the solution management. The owner can segregate the staff and grant different rights to team members.

The room search allows finding the particular room with the necessary devices, sorting them and getting suggestions on booking options. Find a room function offers quick access to the selection of the appropriate meeting rooms in the particular workspaces.

The schedule of meetings can be edited, and each meeting can be prolonged or ended earlier if the situation requires doing so.

Payment plans include a completely free option for two rooms within one workspace. For a larger number of rooms, it is necessary to subscribe for 5 USD per room. No hidden payments or extensions - you get all functions at once.
