Description
You can securely access & control your Delonghi Multi Dynamic Heater Wi-Fi model from indoor and in addition, if you set up a home hub, you can also control it from outdoor through Delonghi's MD Heater application on your smartphone.
You may also decide the leave and return distance by the HomeKit automation function on MD heater app to perform what you desire.
For instance, it may turn off the MD heater remotely if you simply forgot to turn it off before leaving or it will turn the MD heater on remotely to warm up the home close to your arrival.

Worst IoT ever! Needs to be updated!
I should better buy the conventional remote controlling version. The application is so difficult to use.
I successfully connected to the heater at the first time (but my husband couldn’t however). At the second time, everything of the app was frozen as I tried to remotely control my heater. Then I decided to delete the app and downloaded it again, but It still didn’t work. I have tried it several times and it drove me disappointed.
Please reprogram the app as you want to attract customers by the IoT.
However, because of the good quality of the heater, I will keep the thing but thinking about buying a remote clicker.

何度やっても、一度は繋がるが15分程でwifi応答無しに
本体故障かなと、サポートに連絡もダメ
引き取りしてもらいwifiに不具合あったので、wifi部分を交換しましたと帰ってきましたが、全く同じ。
もう一度サポートに連絡すると、お宅のルーターのセキュリティが高過ぎなので、セキュリティを落とせと。最後にはルーターメーカーに問い合わせろとの、ほぼ、暴挙な対応。終わっとるなこのメーカー
アプリのアップデートで対応できんのかなぁ〜
iOSは日々アップデートして行くのに。
スケジュール運転に難あり
全体的には許容範囲ですが、スケジュール運転の「開始する」ボタンを押しても、本体電源がOFFだとその操作が無視される仕様なのはどうかと思います。
しかもアプリ画面上はスケジュール運転中のような表示に切り替わるので、これは不具合と言って良いのではないでしょうか。
今のところ、スケジュール運転の「開始する」を押す前に別途手動で電源ONする、というようにユーザ側で対応するしかなさそうです。
このことは取扱説明書には書いていないように思われますが、デロンギHPのQ&Aを掘っていくと赤字で強調して書いているページがありました。
アプリの挙動として、「開始する」ボタンを押したらまず電源ONの命令を投げて、続いてスケジュール運転モードにするくらい簡単にできそうですが…
1年以上アプリが更新されていないあたり、問題は認識しながらも修正はないということなのかもしれません。
