最悪のECサイト
海外のECサイトはたくさんありますが、
ここはやめておいた方がいいです。
このサイトはYANWENという運送業者
を使ってますが、この業者が最悪です。
中国国内で集荷した荷物をEMSで日本に
送ってくるのですが、その際に送り先を
間違えるトラブルが多いです。
先日、私が購入した商品が全然違う住所に
届けられました。(どこの郵便局に届いた
かは追跡番号でわかります)
ただ、郵便局ではこちらの事情を説明
しても受け取った人の個人情報は教えて
くれないし、受け取った荷物の確認を
してもらう事も出来ないので、どうにも
なりません。
さらに本日、全く頼んだ覚えのない荷物が
届いたので、追跡番号で確認したところ、
YANWENが集荷・発送したものである
事がわかりました。(どこのECサイトから
集荷したかまでは分かりません)
さらに、DHgateにもトラブルが発覚
した際に問い合わせましたが、一週間
経っても返事がなく、対応が遅すぎます。
(いまだに返答がありません)
私も趣味の電子タバコの購入で中華EC
サイトは何度も利用してますが、このような
事は今回が初めてです。
とにかく、このECサイトは利用しない

i only view the photo items and i'm shock it's automatic buy the items tha i didn't buy and when i want to refund my money the seller decline my request refund! and the DH is so hard to connect poor assitance unlike the other site when you want or demand a request refund it's automatically they refund even if they didn't talk to seller automatically refunded waiting for 5 working days and you will recieved the money in your account and when you have a trouble to the items they give you a 100 % guarantee money back unlike DH you'll have to chat seller and the seller didn't reply you'll to communicate to the store etc. low assitance i will never ever use this site again.super stressing and that they called Tangtang it's hard to talk before they refund the money you'll to the to seller and you'll have to open the computer what if we don't have a computer so we can't refund our money? and what if the seller decline our demand a request refund like this i didn't buy the items i only view the photos and it's so shocking that they automatic buy it even if i didn't buy the items so very dissapointing DH you'll to do something that easy to refund when the buyer have a trouble to the items or seller you'll to protect the buyer
