Sometimes freezes, causing an auto-forfeit

I’ve had the app for less than a week. Love it! But sometimes when playing Blitz (timed games), the screen freezes or lags. The game then shows up as a forfeit (since I “timed out”). Two support tickets submitted and no response so far. Pretty frustrating for a game where your win/game completion stats are tracked.
