Useless
I registered it as part of perks of my credit card in the Philippines. I double check that the lounge I'm going to is part of te program and app shows I can go and I have 2 passes for lounge access. I go to that lounge at KL, this one time I want to use it, the lounge system shows I have no more access when I just registered it and the app shows 2 access. Told me to contact Dragonpass people. Who has the means and time to do that for airport service. Completely useless.
