DS photo allows you to browse through the photo collection on your Synology NAS server on the go, as well as interact with friends using the comments in real time. Organising your photos is easy: with traditional albums, using tags to create virtual albums or with a simple tap with the timeline mode! Better yet, download albums to the iDevice to view them even when no network connection is available, and use the Photo Backup to effortlessly upload your photos taken with your iDevice onto your own personal cloud.

HEICファイルを勝手に変換される
タイトルのように本アプリからNASに写真をバックアップする際無断でJPGに変換されます。
また、本アプリからNASに保存されたHEICファイルを閲覧することも出来ません。
尚、同社のアプリDS fileからならHEICのバックアップも閲覧も可能且つ、本アプリよりも詳細なバックアップ設定が可能です。(位置認識の自動バックアップは出来ませんが…)
繋がらなくなった
他者のレビューでもあるとおり、突然繋がらなくなったログインボタンを押した瞬間エラーメッセージが出るので、通信エラーでは無さそうな印象
他者と同じく、ds系の他のアプリ(ds fileなど)では繋がる
アプリ再インストールしても駄目だった
追記:iPhoneアプリではなくNAS側の問題だった。NASのパッケージのPhoto stationが何故か消えていて、パッケージセンターから再インストールしたら、アプリからの通信も復活しました
Issue with WebP format
While storing the photos, this app failed to transfer one WebP(new format by Google) file I downloaded from website, and it went into permanent loop. I had to delete that file to complete the transfer.
