With the smartphone app, you can easily update firmware and customize electric shifting in addition to the e-bike assist power program.
-Maximize the trail ride with customized settings in your own image.
-AUTO SHIFT not requiring any gear shifting operation is comfortable. But to make the shift timing a bit quicker, change the timing to your preference with the app.
Ride comfortably even in a city with many traffic lights since it automatically switches to your favorite gear when stopping.

- Auto-learning function has been added to auto shift of internal shifting units. (Applicable models: DU-EP801/DU-EP801-CRG/DU-EP600/DU-EP600-CRG/DU-EP500) *1
- Custom settings in Mybike can now be viewed or preset even when the app is not connected to the bike.
The preset Custom settings are applied when the app is connected to the bike.
*1 Updating the firmware on the applicable models is required to use this function.

何度やってもログインができない。

マイバイクの登録もできない。
パワーメーターとディレイラーの紐付けもできない。

ファームウェア吹っ飛んだ
新品のRD、FDのファームウェアを更新しようとしたら途中でBTの接続が切れてファームウェアが吹っ飛びました。ショップの診断機経由で復旧する必要がありました。★ゼロにしたいくらい。
怖くて使えない
納車当日にスマホで接続してみたら
いきなりファームウェアのアップデートに入り
しばらく待ってると10%の時に電話がかかってきて切断
エラーで終了
再度接続試みるも一切認識しない
シフトも反応無し
そのままショップでPC接続
ファームウェアが完全に壊れてるので
バッテリー外してリセットします
バッテリーはBBまで外さないと取り出せないので
納車当日にバラバラ
結局納車は後日となりました
せっかくワイヤレスユニット付けてもこれでは怖くて使えません
電話かかってくるのなんて防ぎようがないし
