全く直っていない

iOS１３アップデート以降互換性に大問題が生じたままです。とにかく接続できなければ話にならない。アップデート情報には『対応しました』と表記してあるが現時点で全く接続できない状態が続いている。早急に対応するよう求めます。

『現時点での最新アップデート後』上記のように『全く互換性が無くなってしまった』事を記載しましたが、その返信が『素晴らしいお知らせです！このアップデートで対応しました‼︎詳しくはこちら〜url.と…

もう一度言います。最新のバージョンで全く互換性が皆無なんです。高い買い物ですからね。しっかりとした対応を早急に願います。

The username and password will be displayed in your Gear. Please pay close attention when writing the username in your phone.

iPhoneと繋がらない

Connedtedと表示されるが、アプリと接続ができない。
ユーザー名とパスワードを求めてる。
以前はなかった。何を入力すればいい？

My gear 360 totally cannot be connect

When I do pairing to my iPhone,keep saying my user name and password different.

I was followed the name and password show on my gear 360. Still cannot(cry)

That happen after I update iOS and I re-install this app again.

Please help!!
