Improvements-
1. You can now talk to your AI scribe to amend the final chart by long-pressing on the "Finalize Chart" button from the patient screen.
You no longer have to type corrections, let the AI do it for you!
2. Now the chart is automatically rewritten if there was a problem with internet connection during initial attempt
3. Improved the medical decision making portions of the patient chart
4. Fixed date/time stamps to time when you start the recording
5. Added customizable Physical exam, fixed customizable HPI and custom prompts that can be used as dot phrase replacements
