# USB Connectivity
Wi-Fi can be unreliable sometimes, so we're pleased to introduce USB mode to Stream Deck Mobile.
Connect your iPhone or iPad using a cable to your computer to ensure a rock-solid connection and keep your device charged over long sessions.
- USB Connection requires Stream Deck 6.7 or later on your computer. To connect Stream Deck Mobile via USB to Windows, the Apple Devices app from the Microsoft store is required.
# Bugfix
This update resolves an issue where virtual devices were not listed after pairing with a computer. We highly recommend all users to update to this version to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

stream deck xl 買います！
いわゆる左手デバイスとしてstream deckの購入を迷ってた時にこのモバイル版アプリを見つけたので、お試し目的で利用させてもらいました。
結果、自分の使い方では、
以下の2点だけ惜しい、
逆に言えばそれ以外は最高！
と感じたのでstream deck xlを購入することに決めました。
個人的に惜しい点
①スマホ画面を見ないとボタンの位置がわからない
②1画面15ボタンだと物足りない
①は、当たり前の話で、
スマホである以上表面ツルツルなので、自分の指がどのボタンを押せてるか画面を見ないと不安になります。
(フィードバックはあるので何かしらのボタンを押せたことはわかります)
左手デバイスとしてスピードを求める使い方をしたい場合にはその点が大きなタイムロスになります。
逆に言えば、そういう使い方をしない人だったら、物理デバイスを買うよりも安い値段で、このアプリだけで満足できるんじゃないかと思います。
②は、本当に人に寄るところだと思うので言及しませんが、
強いて言えば、アプリ版でも32ボタンある場合が試せたら嬉しいかもしれないですね。
ボタンをカスタムするPCソフトウェア側は、「ホットキー」のようなカタカナの意味をググれるチカラさえあれば、UI的にもとてもわかりやすく、ストレスなく使えます。
アイコンを簡単にアレンジできる機能は、
視認性はもちろん、
「自分でこの自動マクロを作ってやったんだ」感が、さらなる自動化モチベまで向上させてくれます。
元々この機能に惹かれてたわけですが、
スマホ版でもこの素晴らしさを体感できたので、ちょっと高価でも物理デバイス版を買ってもいいな、と思わされてしまいました笑
良いアプリでした！
iPadユーザーなら個人的には実機よりおすすめ
このアプリに興味がある人は、実機のStreamDeckやLoupeDeckも検討していると思いますが、物理ボタンにこだわりたい人でなければ、iPad版が最上の選択肢になり得ます。
このアプリの最推しポイント
・価格がリーズナブル(永久版が7000円。)
・iPadのSprit Viewに対応。2つ立ち上げることで64 x 2 = 128ボタンを1画面に表示し操作可能で超絶便利。実機ではディスプレイの半分だけ別アプリ用に切り替えるとか無理じゃないですか。
私は右側にMac(PC)全般の操作をまとめ表示しつつ、左側で使用中のアプリ毎に切り替えて使用しています。
注意点
実機もそうですが、連続でタイピング入力するようなキーボード的な使い方にはそもそもStream DeckもLoupeDeckも向いていません。
いちいち液晶ボタンを見ずにコピペ・分割・結合などのEdit操作をガシガシしたい方は、別途ツマミやダイヤル付属の左手デバイスが必要になるかもしれません。
筆者は現在XPpenの左手デバイスACK5(6000円程度)と併用していますが、Tour Box, Creator Pad 辺りが候補になると思います。格安テンキーをカスタマイズする方法もあります。
不当な低評価レビューが散見されますが、「古いOSを使用しているのを棚に上げて使えないと文句を言う」「(永久版ではなく)有期版を購入しているのに期限が切れて文句を言う」という的外れなものばかりで高評価アプリなのは揺るぎませんのでご安心ください。説明文を読むのを面倒がると主旨を理解出来ずにこういう大人になってしまいますので反面教師にすると良いでしょう。
無料版から、すぐに永久版を購入しました‼️
Win-PCで使用しています。単に、アプリを起動するだけでも便利です。
マウスでタスクバーをクリックしに行くより楽です。アプリの起動だけなら、タスクバーを確認して、Win+Numのショートカットキー操作でも起動できますが、PC毎にタスクバーのアプリ配置も異なりますし、どのPCでも、自分のdeckで操作できるので、PC環境を選ばず、自分の使用環境セットを構築できます。
さらに、私の使用法では、プラグインの「SuperMacro」との相性が抜群です。
仕事開始時に複数のブラウザやアプリを起動して、2画面モニタに配置するのですが、そのような操作も、複数セットを作っておいても、すべて完璧に動作します。その際、ブラウザ内の表示項目も、始業時の項目を全てクリックさせて自分用にカスタマイズさせた状態を表示させてから、仕事を開始できます。
挙動を確認するために、初回のマクロ設定は作り込む必要がありますが、動作が再現したときの感動は是非経験してほしいです。
今後のアップデートに希望することは
✅ページ移動をスワイプで
ページ移動のボタンがアップデートで追加されたようですが、少し的が小さいので、今でも、ページ移動用のボタンを設置しています。ただ、より直感的に、mobileでは左右スワイプでページ移動できるといいですね。さらに、上下スワイプで、フォルダの階層を移動できたら、なお良いです。
✅ボタンのタッチ音
あまりに便利なので、半盲目的に操作することもあり、振動だけでなくボタン毎にタッチ音を割り当てることができれば助かるなあ、と感じました。ボタン毎にマクロの先頭に、音を鳴らすように設定すれば実現できるかも知れませんが、PCからサウンドが鳴るよりも、スマートフォンから、タッチの音が鳴る方が、より自然だと思います。
✅日本語テキスト（2バイト文字）での挙動改善
テンプレートのテキスト入力をするのに、日本語の入力にクセがあるため、このあたりは日本のユーザー向けに、是非改善してもらえるとありがたいです。可能なら、絵文字など、よりリッチなテキスト入力を実現できたら最高です。
連続的なパラメータ操作には、ダイヤル系デバイスが必要で、実機が必要です。
現在は Logicool MX MASTER 3Sの親指ホイールで対応してますが、複数操作のために、今後、Stream Deck実機購入も検討しています。
