Ratings and Reviews
The seat information is different from the seat information displayed on the PC.
When I check the seat information after booking a flight, the smartphone application and the seat information (non-reserved seat) displayed on the homepage do not match.
Which information is correct?

I used the app to buy a ticket and it said that I couldn’t get the ticket so I gave up later to find they charged my credit card 3 times with no confirmation email. Untrustworthy app. Use with caution
本当に困ります。
パスポートを更新したので、PCから変更。併せて緊急連絡先も登録しました。
スカイワーズプロフィールを更新にもチェックを入れ、変更完了されたのを確認していました。
なのに、アプリでのオンラインチェックインの際には確認画面で以前のパスポート番号と謎の有効期限が表示されました。
修正してチェックインを完了し、
その後改めて登録情報を確認したら、
また以前のパスポート番号と謎の有効期限で登録されていました。
変更しようにも、チェックインが完了しているからか、アプリ、PC共にできないとの表示が出ます…
本当になんなのでしょう？？
緊急連絡先はきちんと更新しされているのに。
明日の朝一でセンターに電話しますが、
出発当日になるので不安で不安でしかたありません。
これまで便利に使っていたし、エミレーツ航空も大好きだったのに、非常に残念です。
