Difficult to connect from iPhone.

I can no longer connect to Express VPN from mobile communication on my iPhone. I was able to connect before. If you press the circle that indicates the connection status, the display will change to a connection error instantly. You can still connect to Express VPN with WiFi communication.

可及的速やかに修正版を出すべきでは？

最近はExpressVPNの回線があらゆる国のロケーションにおいても接続が安定しないため、何度か問い合わせをした。
しかし、その対応は非常に杜撰だ。
「まずはプロトコルの設定を変更してください」
「そちらの通信環境に問題があるのではないか？」
上記に問題が無いから、私は問い合わせをしているのだが…？
そして、どのサポーターも上記と同じような回答しかしない。
また、「ロケーションに接続ができない」という欠陥を修正してほしいという旨で何度も仔細な問い合わせをしているのにもかかわらず、毎度こちらに非を擦りつけてくるのはいかがなものか。
ともあれ、VPNなのに肝心のVPNが機能しない点を指摘してもいつまで経っても放置しているのは怠慢もいいところである。
今月になってもアップデートが行われないようであれば、私は早々に解約させていただく。以上。

Great Stability and awesome speed

I rarely give reviews to the products and services that I use but this one is quite a thing for me to submit a feedback.
ExpressVPN is a pretty good tool for those who craves for Great Speed and great stability regarding the Internet Connection.
It’s as good as NordVPN but it’s much faster than NordVPN in terms of making successful and speedy connections with the county which you would like to change your IPadress to.Overall, it’s a very great tool of software and the prices they offer are quite reasonable.

Does not work in China at all!!

I have been using this vpn in China for half a year, at the beginning the connection was okay but since September is totally useless. I bought it for six month and I am really regreting it. You have to wait hours to connect, sometimes you cannot even use it for days, and finally after updating it works for 1!!!!! day and again nothing. Also other FREE apps are working properly!! So why should you buy this one, if you can use other ones for free. Really sad, and I do not recommend this vpn at all.

Too many paid publicity. Doesn’t work in China

I downloaded before being in China since the minute I arrived stopped working for my iPhone. Tried everything to fix with costumer support was a waste of time and the only solution was a month free and wait until some day the app is fix. Online you can find many positives reviews, don’t forget are paid and made for someone who is not living in China.
For others devices works slowly and in case you decided to make a software update be careful because VPN can stop working.

Seriously DON'T recommend it

I've been using in Japan and though it worked quite well for the first couple of months when I was in Korea, it's not working well in Japan, for not only video streaming but also web surfing. So disappointed with the quality of the service. I've been doing everything I can with the help of the support team, but that doesn't even solve the problem. Useless. I'm killing HOURS to ask for solutions, wait for proper connection, to reconnect every few minutes and it's seriously annoying. I think this is my first time writing a bad review on apps store actually. I've paid for yearly service and since they say they can't give me a refund, I have no idea what I should do with the time left with express vpn. For those who don't want to waste their time, don't use this service.

Worst customer service and chat/カスタマーセンターはロボットみたいな回答しかしない

Typically it will work on some foreign VOD but most of the streaming services will not work.
Netflix is dead, even commercial on YouTube says you can but you can’t connect to other countries VOD.
Japanese VOD services can’t be watched such as FOD, Teleasa and Nittere Tada.

VPN Can’t use at China main land which they say they can so.

And really worst case is that their customer service is like bot which they ask you questions but toss around to different representatives and will not give any answer at all.
Lastly when you want to cancel the contract you need to have chat with them to cancel.
Worst experience ever….

日本の殆どのVODは見る事が出来ない、観れるのもあるけどドンドン見えなくなってる。
Netflix に関しては、YouTubeのコマーシャルでは海外でも日本の番組が観れるという謳い文句を言いながら、最近ではエラーになってしまい動画すら観れなくなる。
日本のFOD、テレ朝、日テレアプリは全滅で観ることができない。

中国本土ではVPN自体繋げると全くNETに繋がらなくなり、これもコマーシャルで唯一中国のVPNに繋げられる会社と謳っているがこれも嘘。

最悪なのがカスタマーサービスで、問題あれば問い合わせをとあるので問い合わせても、botが回答してるのか全く回答を得られず違う担当者に回されまくって結局解答を得られない。
解約するのもチャット経由でないとできないというのもあり本当に最悪な経験をした。

上記の問題を早急に対応して欲しい。

確かに速度は速い。が､不具合と未対応が多い。

PCとスマートフォンに使用出来るVPNを探していた所
こちらの製品が速いとの書き込みを散見し
購入して使ってみました。

VPN接続した状態での回線速度は確かに速く､
複数の速度テストでも申し分無い結果で出ています。

しかしVPN接続している状態で起動出来ないソフトやAPPが多く､
スプリットトンネリングで回避しようにも
iPhoneにはその機能が無いので､逐一解除する必要があります。

またPCで使用する際
スプリットトンネリングの設定はあるものの
きっちり設定しても機能していないことが多く､
iPhone同様無いに等しいです。

値段も値段ですので
この辺りを考慮して選ぶのが良いでしょう。

ドイツから日本のプライムがここ１ヶ月全く見られない。東京１も東京２も駄目。２０１８年６月記。

アマゾンプライム視聴出来ない　I can't watch Amazon prime

このVPNを使ってアマゾンプライムを海外で視聴していたが突然視聴出来なくなった。この為に契約したのに見れなくて困っているので対策して欲しい。海外で使おうと考えている人は再考する事をおすすめします。
