設定がなかなかできません。オンラインのユーザマニュアルの説明が不十分です。困ります。

iOS11になると駄目

アプリのバージョンは2.5.0のテストバージョン
Letscomのバージョンはver.16000000で
本体のバージョンが古くてネット更新できないものと思われ
要はiOS11が旧端末バージョンに接続できなくて
アプリ上で何らかの仕様で接続を試みようとしているけど駄目な状態

英語のサポで返信あろうが全員が全員読解力ある前提で返信している姿勢からおかしいでしょ

設定欄もオール英語で多少触ったところでイミフ

AppleのiOSにしたせいで、と言いたいけれど
あまりにお粗末なサポートにバージョンの仕様でゴミ化でしょう

IOS 12.1.2ですが接続出来ません！

iPad Pro IOS 12.1.1は出来ます！

そしてよくアプリが落ちます！
