Confusing and No Landscape Mode
The META Ad Manager website suggested I download and install this ap. Complete frustration in under 3 minutes.
-To view the audience setting for an add, you must click on "edit".
-My iPad is on my keyboard in landscape mode. This app is only available in portrait mode. I must detach from my keyboard and hold the ipad....exactly like they show in the funny marketing photo. Notice there are no landscape marketing photos.
-Completely user unfriendly. It's like I accidentally went to the inconvenient store by mistake.
-This is disappointing for such a large company that has so much possibility.
広告費を取るくせに杜撰なシステム
数ヶ月前からさまざまなエラーが起きています。
今のエラーは
・広告を出しているのにアクティブな広告一覧に出ない
・現在宣伝中と表示されているのに広告費の消費が0円のまま期間が終わる
です。
サポートもFacebookをログインした状態じゃないと繋がらないというお粗末さ。
挙句、問い合わせしても小出しで質問され、答えるたびに情報が足りないから、と追加質問される始末。
コロコロとシステム改善やシステムの変更をさまざまなアカウントでやっているからかサポート部署にも情報がないのか？と思うほど知識がない。
問い合わせしても改善せず自力で対応したり、ほっといたらなぜか直ったりと意味がわからない。
大企業でお金も取っているなら広告に関する部分はまともに対応するべきだと思う。
本当にいい加減にしてほしい。

全ての広告をセットして配信後、数日経って確認したらオーディエンスがアメリカに… それで支払った数千円。 重ねて言いますが広告は全て"ちゃんと"セット済み オーディエンスの確認が漏れるなんてことは100%ないのに、このザマです。 金返せよ、詐欺集団が。
追記
広告コンサルより広告運用に関してコンサルティングを行いますとのことで2/1 16:30~この番号(シンガポール)から電話がきますとのことで、お電話の予約をしましたが電話がかかってきません笑
広告マネージャには日時の表示もありましたがいつの間にか消えてるのか確認できず笑
もうここまで振り切ってると遠慮なく辞めることができます(笑)
