とっても楽しい！けど、、、
ゲームは面白い。飼えるペットもそれなりに愛嬌があり、毎日のようにプレイしたくなる。作物も、最初は無料の肥料を使えばすぐにできるし、製造機でチーズやパンなどを作ればそれなりに高く売れ、コインはすぐにたまる。
ただ、拡張の度に請求されるコインなどのハードルが高いのでは？たまらないのにしょっちゅう使うRCも使わなきゃだし。
べつに、楽しくないと言っているわけじゃなくて、RCがもらえる機会が増えれば、もっと楽しくなると思う。
ゲーム内の親友、お隣さんのシステムは凄くいいと思う。
チャットも、楽しくやっています。

課金させゲーですね。（超長文です）
1年近くやってますが、木、製造機、収集機、動物などのパワーアップなどとにかくなんでもかんでもRC（ゲーム内の通貨）が必要。
12RCが370円＝1RCがだいたい30円、そして木ひとつ買うのに10RC前後。
無料でもらえるRCは上がりづらいレベルアップ時にやっと1RCと、
奇跡的な確率で入ってるリワードバッグに1RC、
そして作物・製造物等の絶望的なノルマ達成時（クローバー1万本集めろとか牛乳なん千本作れとか）に1〜2RCもらえるくらい。
それでRCでしか買えない木だの製造機だので素材集め・生産物づくり→これでミッションクリアやイベントクリアを要求（これがレベル上げるための経験値になる）→でもRCかかるからRCのかかるものは極力買わない→ミッションクリアにならないからレベルも上がらない、上がりづらい……
の繰り返し。
せめて時間かかってもいいから、コイン（コインはゲーム内で生産物なんかを売ると手に入るお金）で買えるようにしてよ。
10RCかかる木なら、10万コインで買える、とかならなんとか頑張れるわ。
あとギフト券の集まりの悪さ。
とくに紫のギフト券だっけ？コンテストかなんかに参加しないともらえない感じのやつ。
あのギフト券でしか買えない、サラダ製造機とかの部品。そういうの一切教えないで、ただ「この製造機は部品が必要ですー」って表示だけ。
置いてみると、完成に必要な部品はコインでも買えないし隣の人に頼むみたいなものもほぼない。
未完成な製造機なんか要らねえよ！って思っても後の祭りで、もう牧場に置いちゃったから、完成させないと消すこともできないとか。だいたいコンテストとかに参加しないでまったりやっていきたいユーザーもいるでしょうに。バランス悪すぎでしょ。
それから、ヘルプを読んでもイマイチわからないことがあったから運営に直接問い合わせたときの態度。
言い訳が先＋なんども申してますが、よくヘルプをお読みいただき…みたいな感じの態度だったのが本当に
腹立った。だからヘルプの説明じゃわからないから「こうなの？」「こういう解釈でいいの？」って質問にも、「はい」でも「いいえ」でもなく、「ですから先のメッセージでも触れたように……」とかって、のらりくらり、答えにもなってない答えばっかり。
っていうか、そもそもユーザー置いてけぼり感なルール説明ばかり。運営に日本語わかる日本人いないの？
随分長くなりましたが、ゲーム自体はおもしろいのに、
運営の「儲けよう」「こっちは悪くない」っていう態度がそこかしこに見え隠れする感じがどうにももったいないね。
楽しいゲームではあるから不満もすごくある。
もうなんか、今は、今まで連続ログイン続けてきてるからっていう意地だけでやってるよね。
ゲーム自体は星5、儲け主義なとこで-4＝星1だ。

バグを問い合わせ難い
マスを移動させたはずなのに移動できていないというバグが、WiFiを繋いでいても繋いでいなくても毎日起こるために問い合わせをしようとした。
そのところ、 AppStoreに「こちらにお問い合わせください」とHPのURLが書いてあった。
しかし、リンクになっているわけでもなく、記載されたURLを選択(コピー)できるわけでもない。
一々こちらが文字を確認して打ってという作業をしなくてはならないのか。
リンクくらい貼っておいて欲しいもの。
インターネットで「にじいろ牧場 問い合わせ」で調べてもFamily farmの問い合わせ内容が出てくるばかり。
AppStoreに自ら注意書きを書いているくらいなのだから、わかりやすくする努力をしたらどうなのか。
また、FacebookやInstagramでのSNS発信をしているのは確認しているので、そこで問い合わせれば良いじゃないかと思われるかもしれないが、そもそもSNSをやっていない人がいることを忘れないで欲しい。
HPでの問い合わせではなくても良い。
メールアドレスが書いてあるだけで良い。
URLよりよっぽど短いのだから、それくらいならこちらの作業になっても文句は言わない。
ゲーム内容としては数年も楽しませてもらってるので、余計に残念な気持ちになった。
HPのURLを打つのは面倒臭いので問い合わせられていないし、バグは直っていない。
問い合わせたいのに問い合わせられないとはなんなのか。
バグとはしばらくは付き合っていくが、このままだと確実にやらなくなる。
とにかく問い合わせ難いのは何とかして欲しい。
