インターバル10分で毎日コツコツ貯めたハート、課金までしたハートを投票で使えないのはありえないです。[EP.1264] KBS MUSIC BANK Pre-Vote の投票でのことです。投票〆切当日は朝から少しアプリが重かったです。〆切30分前あたりから、アプリに入ってもサーバーエラーのポップアップが出続けてしまい、なんとか投票できたのは〆切5分前でした。投票アプリなのですから、〆切直前に人が殺到することも、どれだけの母数が投票するかも予測して、投票の殺到に耐えられる仕様にしておくべきではないでしょうか？課金してたくさんの票を持っていたにも関わらず、投票できなかったという人を多く見ました。とてもフェアな投票ができたとは思えません。速やかな救済措置とサーバーの強化を求めます。
