If you haven't done it yet, we suggest you upgrade the app to the latest version and try it out; it should have solved the issue.

最初アクティベートするのに情報を入力してみると、アクティベート出来ず。 結局国籍だけ入れたらアクティベート出来たが、右ペダルは電源が入ったり入らなかったり💦 仕方ないので左だけのUNOモードにして走ってみるが、1時間走ってもパワーがサイコンに転送されない。 高い値段出して買いましたが、今のところどの機能も使えてません💦

今回ペダルのリコールのため、ペダルを交換してもらったものの、アプリにアクティベートボタンがなくなったため、ペダルがアクティブにならず、サイコンで読み込まないため、非常に困っている。

If you want to change your sensor but can't see the button, it can be due to the fact that with some devices with smaller screens, the display of some functions might be limited.

We are working on an update of the app to fix it.
