The App is where you can view the #FitatLely program and where you can register for all training sessions, clinics, masterclasses, and 1-on-1 sessions. Reach your goals and stay motivated with the new #FitatLely app.
With the #FitatLely app you can:
View the program and opening times of the #FitatLely gym
Register for the different parts of the #FitatLely program
Track your daily fitness activities
View clear 3D demonstrations (over 2000 exercises are included!)
Using many ready-made workouts
Compose your own workouts
You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
