The Fitness Culture app is designed to help you train and hit your fitness goals from anywhere in as little as 30 minutes. With programs for any gym type and any goal, we have thousands of workouts to choose from to keep you progressing. The best part is you don't have to do it alone. Our coaches and member community will help you every step of the way. When you download, you'll get:

-Gone are the days of just doing random workouts and wondering, "Am I doing this right?" Our programs are tailored to your strength levels with complete progression and full breakdowns of every movement with real feedback from strength coaches. No cartoons here.

ACCELERATE YOUR RESULTS WITH HELP FROM THE KITCHEN
-Yes, that pizza does fit into your macros. And with one of our macro plans, you'll accelerate your results while still enjoying life and your favorite foods. Get personalized macros and build meals according to your preferences all in the app.

RECOVER AND STAY INJURY FREE
-Death, taxes, and skipping workouts for injury. Avoid one of these with complete mobility and yoga routines designed around your weaknesses. You'll get full access to our whole library of mobility routines that target any body part you're struggling with.

You will have 24/7 access to our private Facebook community where you can interact with other members, ask questions to our coaches, and communicate with Steve via Facebook Live throughout the membership.

Macro Area Improvements
The first thing we improved was the macro calculator algorithm. We made this change to improve the accuracy of your initial macro setup, which will also assist with future check-ins. Second, you'll notice a new visual display of your macros, especially if you are carb cycling. Your high, low, and standard day totals as well as total calories will be displayed right in front of you!

All History Calendar
We now offer two calendar views. One is your current program view, which provides detailed information about your existing program. The other is an all-history view that allows you to explore your complete workout history, including all the programs you've ever participated in. Please note that this feature will not be retroactive, as the data prior to this point was not stored. However, if you switch programs from now on, you'll be able to view the program you were previously enrolled in.

Past Program Day Recognition
If you've ever wished to restart an old program on the day you left off, you no longer need to contact support to do so. You can now accomplish this directly in the app.

Workout Time Recognition
We value your time. The app now recognizes the time domain in which you save your workouts. This implies that when you scroll back to view a specific workout in your history, it will be displayed in the corresponding time domain.
