Now dive in and manipulate at will. Rotate, resize, frame, drag, zoom, crop – Fragment is completely scalable and a true reflection of your imagination. Add colors and adjust levels. Desaturate. No new ideas
I really like this app and other apps made by the developer. Unfortunately, there has been no update for 4 years or so. No new effects, nothing. The app deserves a good review,it’s nicely designed and unique ,but it needs an update.
