Now dive in and manipulate at will. Rotate, resize, frame, drag, zoom, crop – Fragment is completely scalable and a true reflection of your imagination. Add colors and adjust levels. Desaturate. No new ideas
I really like this app and other apps made by the developer. Unfortunately, there has been no update for 4 years or so. No new effects, nothing. The app deserves a good review,it’s nicely designed and unique ,but it needs an update.
GREAT APP
making icon for SNS, edit picture for more artistic, etc. many filters and effects and they are so beautiful and enjoyable.
