ただ、終わり方がわからない
デベロッパの回答ご意見ありがとうございます。恐れ入りますが、どの部分での終わり方がお分かりにならないのか教えていただけますか。当アプリは、さまざまなゲームを通してお子さまの算数スキルを磨き、簡単なものから難しい問題へと徐々に移行していき、頑張ったご褒美に仮想ギフトを受け取るものです。実際のところ、ゲームに終わりはないのです。
プレビューの印刷できるプリントがどこにあるのかわかりません。モジュール5まで到達してしまい、イベントも期間限定なので少し足が遠のいています。

子どもと毎日利用してたのですが、突然今日開いたらログイン画面に戻っていて、さらにアカウントの登録がありませんとなってしまいました…。無料だからかな。子どもがなんで最初からなの？！とショックを受けてます。

いつでも解約できると書いてあり、無料お試しだけと思い試したけど、解約の仕方が分からないまま本契約に進んでしまいました。メールで解約の仕方を問い合わせても何も応答ありません。どうしたら良いのでしょうか。困っています。
