不具合について
日本から数年愛用させて頂いております。いつもお世話になっております。
この度はアプリケーションの不具合についてお知らせしたく、レビューを書かせて頂く形となりました。
ネットワーク環境が整っているにも関わらず、"ネットワーク接続障害またはサーバーの理由により、情報を取得できませんでした。再ロードしてください" という画面が出てきて、アプリケーション内で加工が制限されている状態となっております。
アプリケーション内で不具合をお知らせしようと思ったのですが、この不具合によりお知らせすることが出来ませんでしたので、このような形でお伝えさせて頂くこととなりました。
この不具合は１ヶ月程続いていて、他の端末でも試したのですが、どの端末で開いても、そのような画面が出てきます。
サーバー側の不具合だと思いますので、対応して頂けると幸いです。
このアプリケーションをインストールしてから、ずっとこのアプリケーションにて写真の加工を行っています。凄く女の子らしく、可愛らしいフィルターや素材が集まっていてとてもお気に入りなので、ぜひ今後も愛用させて頂きたいと思っております。長くなりましたが、よろしくお願いいたします🌸
