Who can use it?

1. I cannot log in.
I can't log in with App using the same email account as Cebu Pacific. Do I have to create an account with Apple or Google account?
2.I can't enter (or change) my address on the Go rewords web site. Cannot register outside the Philippines.

To log in with the App, you must add a 0 to the beginning of your registered mobile number instead of your country code.
I could not change my address on the website, but I could do so by logging in on the App. (The zip code can only be entered up to 4 digits for the Philippines)

USELESS

This app is useless. Because I can't even log in. And the support center is not working. I can log in through my browser, but this app won't let me log in forever. I've emailed them and they just tell me to reset my password, which doesn't help. When I reply to them about it, I never get a reply from them.
