Good apps
Love this app a lot. We can order the food, call taxi, buy ticket, etc with this app. On the top of that, if you have “Go pay”, no need to use cash as well. Good job!!!
すごく使いやすい！が いくつか留意点
2024.4末時点での評価。
アプリだけ先に日本でダウンロードして、バリ島でGo rideを使用。
プロモーションがあったのか、通常現金払い17,000rpのところ、最初の3回はそこから更に5,000rpほど安かった。（ウブド中心部→ウブド中心部）
プロモが終わっても現金払い17,000rpはとてもありがたく、かなりお世話になっている。また、「あと何分でドライバーが来ます」等の表示や、地図上にリアルタイムでドライバーが向かってきてくれる様子がわかり、大変便利。
ただし、いくつか留意点があったので下記に記す。
◯Wi-Fi環境下でGo rideをオーダーし、ドライバーの情報が送られてきた後、Wi-Fiの届かない範囲に行き（その間4Gへの切り替え忘れ）ネットワークが切れたところ、オーダーしたドライバーは来て無事送ってもらえた。が、どういうわけか、全く同じルートのオーダーが再度入ってしまったらしく、別のドライバーからも到着したよ、と連絡あり。Wi-Fiでも4Gでも、途中で途切れない環境が必要。
◯2024年4月末時点で、ウブド中心部内であれば現金払いだと17,000rp。だが、オーダーを受けたドライバーの1人から「安すぎる」としつこくチャットで4回もメッセージあり。「嫌なら他を探す」と答えたところ、「見損なった」という主旨の返事あり。結果、ドライバーからキャンセルしてきた。これからそういう目にあった場合はとりあえず無視して他を探されるのが良いと思う。（Gojekに報告するかどうかは考え中）
Just a little bit of warning for those who are going to use Go Ride. One driver, after accepting an order, texted me “It’s too cheap” several times, although it was a fixed price by Go Ride. After I told him to look for someone else, he said he lost his respect to me, blah blah. In the end, he himself canceled the order, which was quite all right with me. Just ignore these kind of drivers & look for someone else.
支払い方法が登録されない
正しいクレジットカードの情報を入力し、登録を行っても登録されない。
20回以上登録処理を行い、クレジットカードのアプリで承認処理を行っても、Go jeck側のアプリで拒絶される。
尚、登録処理を行った理由は、クレジットカードの更新を行ったから。
つまり、今までのカードは使えたが、更新後のカード登録が拒絶されたので利用できない。Even though I entered the correct credit card information and tried to register, it would not register.
Even though I tried the registration process more than 20 times and approved it in the credit card app, it was rejected by the GoJeck app.
The reason I tried to register was because I had updated my credit card.
In other words, I was able to use my old card, but the registration of the updated card was rejected, so I can't use it.
