Download Gorilla Growth to achieve the gains without being charged to view them. We've created preset programs to take the hassle out of having to create one, and we're always adding more to the list from our coaches or from you!

EXERCISE LIBRARY
We have hundreds of exercises to choose from for all muscle categories. We plan on adding customizability soon, and we're always working on adding more ourselves.

TRAIN GORILLA
We know there's a beast inside with a lot of discipline so we've made it possible to make a workout plan from scratch! This could be as little as a week or as long as a few months, but we just want to make sure you still have that same pump from start to finish.

LEVELS
For now, we have Entry to Seasoned Veteran workouts that we hope will challenge you from the start.
As we innovate and update we will add competition capabilities with your friends to stay motivated.

ANALYTICS
Aside from our free workout tracking calendar where all your past progress is accessible, we have an analytics section for those "hungry for more" lifters looking to see their progression organized in real time once they complete a workout.

ON THE FLY
Sometimes staying on track or waiting for the next day in the program can seem difficult, but if you're feeling up to a quick session you can select some exercises and press start for a "Quick Start" to your day. Your day also gets very busy and we get that. Reminders are free and constant to help you get out of bed or to prompt you after school/work.

OUR MISSON
We want to keep as much of this app as we deem a necessity, for the user experience free. Fitness is about getting in shape or staying healthy and we aim to prioritize that for our upcoming features. It is important to us that we create a community, not an app, where product enhancements come from you, the user, when they are universally agreed upon. With your help we can make sure this applies so please make sure to request suggestions or bugs in our help section of the app.
