Widget 不更新，iCloud 同步永远转圈，App内反馈提示无法发送邮件

很久以前就在用，以前Widget更新就不及时，以前手动打开App就会好，最近发现Widget彻底不更新，打开也没用，改变Widget显示的项目後Widget直接全黑
于是重装App，这次Widget显示不出内容，点开iCloud同步，永远在转圈无法完成
试图反馈，点开反馈选择邮件，提示无法发送邮件
