Notifi & its post have sync issue

Even if notification came to iPhone11, the official app never ever shows its new "POST" when its new post was published on Gumroad.
Its actual new post on the official app of Gumroad always comes to the official app of Gumroad "5-30 minutes later" after notification came to iPhobe11.
For example, even if i pressed the notification in the notification center on iPhone11 when notification of its new post came to iPhone11, Nothing always happens.
And, I cannot see its actual new post on the official app of Gumroad then yet.
So, I have to wait for the actual new post for 5-30 minutes after seeing the notification actually.
