落ちる

接続はできますが、次の瞬間にアプリが落ちます。
当然、測定はできません。
更新もされていないので、もうこのアプリはダメって事ですかね？

起動せず

1年近く使ってました。突然起動しなくなり、使えない2、3日前から見ていなかったので。iPhoneのpws設定を変更してからなのかは不明。精度は徐々に良くなって抜群に良い、再インストールを週に2回3回やったが、また突然ソフトが立ち上がらなくなった。

ソフトが、修正されまた使っています、やはり抜群にいいですねー

最近Bluetooth接続が、切れる、切れてから接続される事がなく、インストールを繰り返し、やっと接続される

最近は問題無く、接続もすぐに行われる、非常に優れている。大満足です。

今度は、グラフが表示されない現象、Bluetooth、WIFIは問題ないです。アンインストールして、再インストールして戻って来るのかやってみます。

また。Bluetoothが突然きれる、５秒くらいで。
繋がって、データ表示され、データ吸い上げてすぐきれる。10回やってもまたきれる。Appleがソフトを操作してるのは考え過ぎかな？

Bluetoothが最初キャリブレーションの途中残り２８秒位で切れてしまう、以前はまったくなかった、

Bluetoothがが接続され、10秒ほどで切れ、何度も同じ症状、calibrationが出来ず、まったく使えない。
もう、使い始めて２年になるが、こんなに接続出来ないのは初めて。Apple Watchが悪さをしてる可能性が高い。なので、アップルはやめた方がいい。
このリストバンドはとてもいい、しかし、アップル氏ソフトが細工を、して使えないようにしているので、iPhoneはやめた方がいい、なのでiPhoneは解約しようと思う。使いたい人はAppleはやまめましょう。

Serious ECG problem

I'm a HELO smart band user and found serious problem on ECG monitoring function on your App as attached. First, ECG waveform is significantly unstable, that is, it's definitely impossible to interpret ECG. What's more, the result showed "normal" even though the waveform looks like VF (deadly arrhythmia), of cause deadly arrhythmia wasn't able to happen on my heart at that time. Therefore, I'd like you to improve this immediately. Because such a misinterpretation of ECG is quite dangerous, especially when your App indicates "normal" even though a user has severe arrhythmia. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
