予約やキャンセル操作もわかりやすく、特にデジタルチェックインが移動中簡単に出来て便利です。事前にアップグレードされた事もアプリでわかるため、ホテルとの暗黙のコミュニケーションが楽しい！海外ではメッセージ機能が便利でした。やりとりが文字なので、現地語が苦手でも他の翻訳ソフトを併用すればなんとか意思が伝えられます。日本語版が出れば最強です、国内ヒルトンだけでも対応して欲しいです。
Very unhappy
I am a recovered alcoholic/drug addict, 30 years straight, should be dead. To be accused of being drunk is the absolute worst thing you could do to a person in my position. Learn details before you make unwarranted accusations.
Today is a holiday in Japan. I have an endless supply of capital and an awesome lawyer. My suggestion is to resolve this situation as soon as possible or my business goes elsewhere.
You know how to reach me. I will be checking in again today and I expect that the hotel manager will be aware of the situation.

ポイントを貯め、それを利用して予約をしようとしたら、常にroom rate is no longer availableというエラーが発生して使えなくなりました。アプリからフィードバックしたところ、電話予約で賜りますとの、英文回答。国際電話などかけていられないし、問題はアプリの動作なので現状説明しても、無視。
日本のサポートに電話をしてITチームに報告してもらいましたが全く改善せず。
もう、はじめのアラームから4ヶ月経ちますが解決しません。電話の対応はいいのですが、それだけ。
早く直して欲しい。
