iOS / Mac OSでは極端に速度が低下する。
モード変更でも変わらず。
v6通信だと更に速度が低下するので、IPv6に対応したWebサイト(Googleなど)になると絶望的な感じ。
フレッツ光速度測定でipv6は5Mbps程度...
AndroidTVやAmazon端末ではHN監視下にあっても、ほぼ問題なく視聴可能。
iPhone11を監視下に置いた状態では「cloudlare」の接続は確立出来ず。

LINKSYS MX5300(RT)
IPv4 PPPoE / IPv6 接続なし
HN 標準モード2が最適
モード1or3ではlinksysアプリでクライアント側の表示に問題あり。
・パターン②
IPv6(IPoE)ルーター - MX5300
MX5300:DHCPモード(IPv6パススルー)
IPoEルーターにHNを接続するとHNアプリではクライアントは認識されずmacアドレスのみ表示。
保護されている緑アイコンは全端末に付くが《安全性を確認する》と《デバイスのチェック中》項目はルーター2つのみをスキャン。

攻撃の詳細が逆にわからなくなる
ログが使えないので、逆に危険になりかねない製品。
せっかくのトレンドマイクロなのに、セキュリティーが根本的にわかってない人に設計させているのではないでしょうか? 守ってくれるのはそれはわかるんだけど、止めてくれた攻撃がどこからの攻撃なのか分からないので、調べるには一旦こいつを止めて、脆弱な環境にしてログを取る必要がある。何のための製品?
最近リモートデスクトップの攻撃の報告がたくさんあるんだが、ファイヤーウォールはRDPポートを開けているつもりはないので外からではないはずなのだが。。で、OSのログを見てもこの製品のアドレスに置き換わってるからどこからどこへの通信なのかが分からないので、大いに困る。外からなのか、自分のPCがハッキングされて踏み台になっているのか。最近やっとRDP開始の時にクライアント側の通知は出るようになったのだが、通知の日本語が微妙でサーバー側と誤解しかねない。おまけに接続先サーバーはまだ出ない。「 AでRDPが開始されました」でなく、「AからBへ、RDP接続が開始されました」でしょ。
あと2ヶ月で更新なのですが、こういうタコなところがあるので、改善されるまでリピートはないです。製品使わなくなったら改善されたかわかんないのでちゃんとアナウンスしなきゃ永遠に使わないよ。
あとiPhoneでいろんなところに通信できなくなる。そのときにはWi-Fiを切ってモバイル接続をしてみるとすぐつながるのでこの製品が怪しいです。これも何とかしてほしい。

よくネットワークが途切れます
我が家では、子供のネットゲームや、携帯、自分のパソコンなどが増えたので、このソフトを購入しました。もう長く使っていますが、やたらネットが途切れます。これは、導入当時からですが、しばらく経つと繋がったり、本体を再起動すると繋がったりするので、ま、仕方がないかと諦めていましたが、今、ネット高速時代とか言われているのにこれではどんないいプロバイダと契約しても意味がありません。何が悪いのか、なぜ起きるのか教えていただけますか?当方、ネットにはかなり教養がありませんのでわかりやすく教えていただけると助かります。改善できないようなら、契約解除しようかとも考えてます。
