たまにご機嫌斜めですが素晴らしいサービスのあるApp
ラグジュアリーホテル特化の予約App。
有料会員にならないと優待は受けられませんが、ホテルクレジットやな無料アップグレード、アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウト、朝食の提供など各ホテルの上級会員向けのサービスを網羅的に受けることが出来、一泊で元が取れます。以前に比べると無料アップグレードが少なくなった気がしますが、比較的稼働率の低い平日は1〜2ランクのアップグレードがあったり、アップグレードが難しい時でもラウンジアクセスを付与されたりとかなり高待遇となります。唯一の難点は、各ホテルのシステムとの接続がうまくいかないのか、空室があるのに空室なしと表示されたりします。一度Appを終了して、開き直せば直ります。
クレジット修行やホテル修行をしたくない方にはおすすめ
ハイアット、マリオット、IHG、ヒルトンと色々な系列のホテルの特典が利用できるので、修行したくない人は年会費を払うのもあり。
キャンセルもしやすいので使いやすい。
難点としては検索画面の料金表示が実費とかけ離れているところ。例えば40000円と表記されていても、予約しようとすると60000円くらいかかるのが普通。つまりサービス料金、税金が表示されない。
また特典付きのホテルと表示されていても、特典付きのプランがないこともある。こういう時は連泊にすると特典が表示されることもあるので、そこがわかりにくい。
アップデートしたのに
サービス自体はとても素晴らしい。各ホテル独自の会員ステイタスがなくても満足できる。
アップデートしたにも関わらず毎回アップデートをしろと言われすんなりアプリが開かないところが使い勝手悪すぎて星ひとつ減らしました
