英語辞典アプリでも発音は聞けますが、このアプリは英語辞典にない特徴があって良いと思います。例えば普通の英語辞典なら連語の発音はしてくれないですが、これの場合は連語で発音します。それと略語の場合は略語の発音と略さない形の発音までしてくれます。発音が２つある場合は　～also～と言って２つ続けて言ってくれます。なので使い勝手は良いです。音声の質は英語辞典アプリより若干落ちるかもしれませんが、おすすめです。
