Nice but...

Functions are easy to use and smoothly connects to printer. The app sometimes has trouble getting photos from my phone though, even with multiple refreshes.

Hi, thank you for your feedback! We are happy you find it easy to use. The camera roll doesn't refresh immediately. If you close out the app and then go back in they should be there. If not, in the app, please tap the arrow dropdown next to "Camera Roll" (near the top of the screen), and see if the photo(s) you are looking for are saved under any albums. We hope this helps! Sorta Love the 2-1

I love the 2in1 despite of the fact that :
1) the photos are small
2) the colour is off
3) I have to reset it before every use
4) I have to keep it plugged in during use because it doesn’t hold a charge
5) the paper is only available on Amazon
6) the paper is extremely expensive
7) I have to have the Sprocket within 30cm of my phone to get it to Bluetooth reception.
8) it’s not handy dandy.

But I love printed photos and it’s a device that usually after a lot of fidgeting lets me have them.

If HP would troubleshoot before they sold it, it would be super great! I guess that’s why they discontinued it 😭

印刷範囲が実物と違う

アプリ内のカメラを使って撮影しても写真フォルダから選んで印刷しても思った通りに印刷されません。
フォルダから選択した画像は下の方が切れてしまい、カメラで撮影すると上の部分が写っておらず下の方にフレームには写り込んでなかった部分が写っています。
設定の問題でしょうか？
それが改善されれば手軽でとても素晴らしいと思います。
あと、コラージュ機能があればもっと楽しめると思います。
フォルダから複数枚選んでコラージュしたいです。
