今は無料でいっぱい見れるので、1日中Huluしてられる！

最初まではアニメ見るために愛用していたものの年齢制限が17+になって見れなくなり
Amazon primeで見るようになりました。
どうして17+にしたのかが不明です。
私のスマホは私ら高校生ですがスマホ自体が子供専用なのでフィルターがかかっており制限を最上階にあげてもHuluと YouTubeだけは見れません。アプリ自体が取れません。
どうしたら良いのでしょうか。
なぜ年齢制限をあげたのか聞きたいです。
お願いします。
字幕版が少ない
聴覚障害持ちですが、知名度が高いドラマ等を久しぶりに観れる！って思って観てみたら、字幕版が少なく、とても期待はずれでした。
全部、字幕版を用意して欲しいです。
SPEC(スペック)のドラマが好きなのに、字幕が無くて、必死に耳をすましたり、健聴者にドラマからの色んなセリフを何を言っていたかを何度も確認したりするのが苦労してます。
そんな苦労をかけないようにバリアフリー対策として、全部設けて欲しい。
