Welcome to the new version of the Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail app.
Thank you for downloading or updating our mobile app. Following customer feedback this latest release features the option to start your ticket purchase from within the app. Once you have selected your passenger(s), train(s) and prices the app passes the booking over to our website to complete the transaction. Existing features include live train information and real-time train push alerts.

Not fit for purpose
Maybe it’s because the service itself is so awful. But the app sucks.
Hint. Try to visualize the users position and preempt some of the scenarios the will find themselves in while researching train purchases.
If it was me I would delete the whole thing and start again. Including the stations and rails and everything. It’s all pretty lame.
