Worst App Ever - Don’t use it
Be careful with this company…Once you put your money in, Interactive Broker will have so many layers of glitches and challenges for you to get your money out.
For example, you can’t complete withdrawal transaction through an app because it will require you to key in a challenge code at the end, which necessitates you to close the transaction page, to move to another link to get the challenge code..what is this seriously? Basically it’s an endless loop.
On browser…oh my god it’s been very very glitchy, it doesn’t even get to any other pages, just keeps loading forever. Especially when you click withdraw, it just keeps loading. I have used different PCs, browsers, but all the same.
Better put your money elsewhere, I probably took 1-2 weeks to get my money out, just a portion of it. Crazy
