使えない

1日10回給餌出来ること、外出先から追加給餌、カメラで確認できる事が出来ると思ってこちらを購入しましたが、届いて1日目で使えません。アプリがバグって給餌がとまったり、勝手に給餌記録が消えていたり、問い合わせしてもほとんど無視で返事が返ってこず、このアプリのレビューを見て購入した事を後悔しました。明らかに不良品、または開発途中？急に給餌予定は復活していましたが、給餌記録はバグってから更新されません。問い合わせしてもオフラインでは？とこちらのせいで他の問いには無視。自宅なのでずっとオンラインです。とにかく使えません。

確かに使えない

Wi-Fiで繋がってるけど、外からは見れないシステム？家で見れるだけでは困る。
何にもなくてもアラート？が何度もくるし。うちの子映ってませんしそもそも何も動いてないんですが何の連絡でしょう？で、すぐ繋がらなくなる。家のネット環境の問題でしょうか？
画像は見れなくてもせめてご飯をあげれたかどうか教えて。日本製を探さないとダメですかね。

機器の値段高いのにアプリの性能低過ぎてがっかり

自宅から出たらセルフタイマー給餌設定しておく事しかできず外出先から全く操作出来なくなるのならこの値段の意味がないのですが。
使えもしない機能ばかり搭載されてて無駄な出費になりました。大変不愉快です。
通話機能もついてますが話すとマイク反響？なのか繰り返し声が聞こえて最後耳をつんざくような音が出続けてペットも私も非常に不快な思いをするので全く使えません。何とかしてください。
