As a BetterMe app user, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, by considering the workout, the diet, and the costs. Our Premium 1-year subscription plan offers unlimited access to every level of every imaginable workout routine in exchange for a single payment. In addition, 1-week subscription and 1-month are available for users. For your convenience, BetterMe subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
BetterMe is integrated with the Health kit, so you can find your activities data in the Health App.

Bug fixes and stability improvements.
I think you guys have bugs. First off, I couldn’t open some workouts with the message showing up as network error which is insane, since I have fully internet access and shows up everywhere.
Tried to log out and log in again. Then there was no way but to repurchase it instead of log in. Then another error occurred. After the message shows up saying “you’re all set, purchase was successful”(decided to extend my subscription), but after that, “an error occurred ” messages kept showing up... Tried to repurchase it again, then same things kept happening again and again. Now I’m worried if I don’t get multi bills for the same subscription........

dont open it . I use this app for 10minutes then pay for six months
i did not buy this one . when i open this app it said its free for 7days , in that 7days you can stop your subscriptions free. Then i choose okay and use it for 10minutes then delete and cancel subscription . I dont know why they let me pay ..

- The users are charged by Apple, not by us. We do not have access to users’ payment details. Rather, AppStore uses the card details tied to respective accounts. We do not control when and how AppStore charges app users.
- If you have subscribed, deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Subscriptions are cancelled through AppStore, not through the BetterMe app.

To unsubscribe, you can’t do it directly from the app...and even it says it’s free trial, it costs the price for a month. I still don’t know if I’ll get the money back. Even the app it’s not too bad, I don’t recommend it.
