i cant txt .but can recieved!

Cant login , no code received in Japan

Been trying to add load but - auto sign out forced me to login again . The code im supposed to receive to open the app never came. This company is notorious for the worst customer support. The Contact Us links will go in circles without reaching anyone to help you.

Not receiving OTP

I’m residing in Japan. I’m not receiving OTP for GlobeOne. I have strong signal and tried to re-install the app, but still didn’t receive OTP. My GCash app on the other hand is working fine and I’m able to receive OTP.
