Prepaid sim when?!?!
Press releases have said that the esim will be available for prepaid users by the end of September 2023, but it’s more than a month later and there’s still no update. This is absolutely poor customer service.

And they replied to this review saying i can just go to any globe store to get a postpaid service woth the same number. SIR what’s the point of the globe one app if i still need to go to a store when monile number porting can be done online? (I did that in Japan before for my mobile number when I switched networks; keep up tayo Globe please). Also, i don’t need a postpaid number; that’s why I’m so annoyed about this prepaid esim issue

You can use your existing mobile number as your postpaid number through our mobile number switching/portability service! However, please be aware that this request can only be processed at Globe stores to ensure a smooth and secure transition.
Cant login , no code received in Japan
Been trying to add load but - auto sign out forced me to login again . The code im supposed to receive to open the app never came. This company is notorious for the worst customer support. The Contact Us links will go in circles without reaching anyone to help you.
I can’t use this app because of update suggestion
My app is already updated, but the home screen in app suggests update and I can’t use all functions.
It seems that the app can’t detect mine is iPhone because the home screen suggest update in google or huawei app store.
