Your job is to help a mom and her little girl survive the freezing cold in this abandoned house by yanking the pin. バグ？

とにかく音が気持ちよく、また、勧善懲悪のストーリーも爽快で面白いのですが、バグなのか、アイテムが表示されず、クリアすることができません。
アイテムの周りには、キラキラした光が表示されますが、光のみあらわれて、肝心のアイテムが表示されず、失敗になってしまいます。
そのため、返金処理をしていただいたのですが、これがバグではなく、攻略方法があるのでしたら、ご教授いただけると助かります。
そのさいには改めて、返金していただいた料金を、徴収していただきたいと思います。どなたかご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
